Leaving your legacy
Planned giving is a meaningful way for you to contribute to The Toronto Consort’s future and success. A planned gift is a gift you arrange now, that will come to the Consort in future. It’s a lasting legacy that provides you with the satisfaction of knowing that future generations of artists and audiences will benefit from your generosity and that our great music can continue.
Planned gifts can be made simply by including The Toronto Consort with a bequest in your Will, establishing a life insurance policy or trust, donations of stocks and securities, or making The Toronto Consort the beneficiary of your RRSP or RRIF. There is a gift vehicle that is just right for you.
A planned gift through your estate enables you to make a significant gift to The Toronto Consort without affecting your current income. Planned gifts also result in immediate or deferred tax benefits for you.
Your gift of any amount can be directed to The Toronto Consort’s annual operations or invested in our endowment fund. If you have already remembered us with a gift or if you are considering it, we would be happy to discuss options with you and recognition of your gift as you may wish. Planned gifts have enabled us to undertake special artistic projects that we never could have dreamed of like the recent presentation of The Play of Daniel in our 2015 mainstage season.
For information or assistance, please call at 416-966-1045 to speak to Michelle Knight, Managing Director. Or, you may download and return our Planned Giving Form. You will have the opportunity to specify your recognition wishes, including anonymity, for your legacy gift.
Your gift could mean a world of difference to Toronto Consort’s future. Thank you!
