The Toronto Consort presents: Les Arts Florissants
Gesualdo Passione
The 2025/26 season will open on October 18 with a special presentation of Les Arts Florissants, one of the most renowned baroque music ensembles in the world, led by Co‑musical Director Paul Agnew. Gesualdo Passione marks the culmination of Paul Agnew and Les Arts Florissants' work on the music of Carlo Gesualdo. The stunning Gothic architecture and beautiful stained glass windows of the historic Knox College Chapel (59 St. George Street) will provide the perfect setting for an intimate and enchanting evening.
A Medieval Christmas - A Feather on the Breath of God
Sequences and Hymns by Abbess Hildegard of Bingen
On December 7, Toronto Consort Honorary Patron Dame Emma Kirkby returns to our stage for A Medieval Christmas - A Feather on the Breath of God. Held in the iconic Jeanne Lamon Hall at Trinity‑St. Paul’s Centre (427 Bloor Street West), Kirkby joins instrumentalists and the upper voices of the Toronto Consort for a reflective Advent program of chants and hymns by Hildegard von Bingen.
A Spotless Rose - 1200 Years of Carols for New Year's

In the new year, on January 17, the Toronto Consort Choir will once again collaborate with the University of Toronto's Schola Cantorum in A Spotless Rose - 1200 Years of Carols for New Year's. General and Artistic Director Daniel Taylor will conduct a serene and inspiring sequence of carols in the candlelit Jeanne Lamon Hall at Trinity-St. Paul's Centre.
The Sweet Hereafter – World Live Premiere

Welcome spring on March 21 with "The Sweet Hereafter" – World Live Premiere. Returning to Knox College Chapel, the Toronto Consort is joined by soprano Janelle Lucyk and percussionist ZIYA Tabassian to present the first live offering of a suite of music from the award‑winning feature film "The Sweet Hereafter", with music by acclaimed Canadian composer Mychael Danna.

On May 16, join the Toronto Consort, the Dowland Collective, and famed tenor Charles Daniels for Now is the month of Maying - Madrigals and Songs to celebrate 400 Years of Dowland. Our joyous, season finale will be held in the Jeanne Lamon Hall at Trinity-St. Paul’s Centre.
