Latecomers
Latecomers will be permitted to enter the hall when there is a suitable break in the performance, with entry at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
Inclement weather
During inclement weather, we advise our audience to leave extra travel time. Our concerts will only be postponed when all transit is shut down due to storm conditions.
Accessible seating and companion tickets
Accessible seating at Jeanne Lamon Hall is available on the ground floor. Audience members needing assistance will be guided to their seats upon request. Trinity-St. Paul’s is wheelchair-accessible via a ramp at the Bloor Street entrance. A barrier-free, gender-neutral washroom with a motorized door is on the ground floor. Service animals are welcome.
